2026照顧券申請必讀：詳細拆解香港長者申請條件與審批流程

長者社區照顧服務券（照顧券）是政府資助合資格長者在社區接受護理服務的重要工具。2026年最新申請資格及審批流程有哪些變化？即睇詳細解說！

✅ 申請基本資格

合資格的長者需要同時符合以下條件：

  • 年滿65歲或以上
  • 已接受「安老服務統一評估機制」評估
  • 被列為適合社區照顧服務的長者
  • 尚未接受院舍照顧服務

📋 申請流程

申請照顧券需經以下步驟：

  1. 評估：聯絡長者地區中心或綜合家居照顧服務單位
  2. 評估：由安老服務統一評估機制進行評估
  3. 申請：被評為合資格後，向社會福利署或相關單位遞交申請
  4. 審批：個案經理評估並制定照顧計劃
  5. 發券：成功獲批後獲發照顧券

💰 資助金額

照顧券資助金額按長者的護理需要評估結果而定，共分為不同資助級別。具體金額可向長者地區中心查詢。
